Job Summary:

The Houseman/Housewoman and Shuttle Driver is responsible for supporting the housekeeping team by maintaining cleanliness of public areas, assisting with guest needs, and providing safe and timely transportation for guests to and from designated locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Housekeeping Support:

Clean and maintain public areas including lobby, hallways, restrooms, and entrances Assist room attendants by delivering linens, towels, and supplies Remove trash and maintain cleanliness of storage and service areas Respond promptly to guest requests (extra towels, amenities, etc.) Help maintain cleanliness and organization of laundry areas

Shuttle Driver Duties:

Safely transport guests to and from the hotel, or designated locations Assist guests with luggage when needed Maintain a friendly and professional attitude while interacting with guests Keep the shuttle vehicle clean and in good condition Follow all traffic laws and hotel safety policies

Qualifications:

Valid drivers license with a clean driving record Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs Good communication and customer service skills Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Previous hospitality or driving experience preferred
