Housekeeper

Summary Cleans work areas, offices, and halls by performing the following duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Prepares labor card(s), job ticket(s}, and other reports, forms, records, and related paperwork for assigned area. Ensures established productivity standards are obtained. Interacts with other employees in a polite, courteous, and productive manner. Responsible for adhering to established "Work Rules." Responsible for maintaining a neat, clean, and orderly work area. Ensure all personal protection equipment is always monitored and used Utilizes process sheet information as a guide to determine work requirements Sweeps, dusts, and mops office areas. Know how to stop all machinery used in the cleaning of work area and know where the controls are for all this machinery. Maintains restrooms in a neat and sanitary manner, replenish supplies Maintains supply of materials at own work center Ensures that work output meets established quality policy. Replenishes supplies in coffee bars and conference room kitchen. Moves furniture, hangs drapes, and rolls carpets. Cleans lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, and stairways and offices. Sweeps and spot mops floors as needed. Cleans rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture. Dusts furniture. Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork. Washes windows, door anels, and sills. Empties wastebaskets. Transports trash and waste to disposal area. Notify maintenance dept. of any maintenance needed beyond their scope of maintaining the building. Any other duties of a similar or lesser nature as required.

Job Qualifications:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay:

From $16.00 per hour
