Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms thoroughly, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities to meet hotel standards. Assist with heavy lifting tasks when moving furniture or supplies, ensuring safety protocols are followed during manual handling activities. Support overall hotel housekeeping management by coordinating with team members to ensure timely room turnover and public area cleanliness. Follow hotel emergency procedures and safety guidelines to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff alike. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests promptly and courteously, creating a positive experience for all visitors. Experience Prior custodial or janitorial experience in a hospitality or industrial setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Familiarity with hotel housekeeping management practices, sanitation standards, and safety procedures is advantageous. Experience with cleaning equipment and chemical handling enhances efficiency in performing daily tasks. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work on your feet for extended periods is essential. Strong customer service skills are important to ensure guest satisfaction through attentive and respectful interactions.
