Residential Cleaning Specialist Happy Homes - 3.9 San Angelo, TX Job Details Part-time | Full-time From $15 an hour 6 hours ago Qualifications Driver's License Full Job Description Residential House Cleaner Happy Homes is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Residential House Cleaner to join our team. The primary responsibility of this position is cleaning residential homes. Occasional short-term rental or move-out cleanings may also be required. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas Dust furniture, fixtures, baseboards, ceiling fans, and other surfaces Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors Clean mirrors, countertops, appliances, and windows as assigned Change linens and make beds when needed Remove trash and restock basic supplies Complete deep cleans, move-out cleans, and occasional rental turnovers Report damages, maintenance concerns, or missing supplies Follow cleaning checklists and company quality standards Complete assigned jobs within the scheduled time Qualifications Residential cleaning experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Strong attention to detail Able to follow instructions and cleaning checklists Professional and respectful when working in clients' homes Able to lift up to 30 pounds and perform physical cleaning tasks Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Must have a reliable phone for schedules and communication Must be able to pass a background check Schedule [Full-time/Part-time] Schedule may vary depending on cleaning appointments Some weekends may be required Pay Starting at $15.00 per hour, depending on experience To Apply Please submit your name, phone number, work experience, availability, and references.
