Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning duties across various areas, including guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house facilities Maintain impeccable floor care through sweeping, mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning to ensure a spotless environment Assist with hotel-specific janitorial tasks such as trash removal, restocking supplies, and deep cleaning projects Support housekeeping management by preparing rooms for new guests and ensuring all areas meet cleanliness standards Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance or cleanliness issues and report them promptly Use industrial cleaning equipment safely and effectively to uphold hygiene standards in all areas Follow health and safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure environment for all staff and visitors Skills Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services within hospitality or industrial settings Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable Excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness standards Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments Familiarity with hospitality industry protocols and housekeeping management practices is a plus Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Embark on a rewarding journey where your skills make a tangible difference every day!
