We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and residents. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas including guest rooms, hallways, and common areas. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards. Ensure all bathrooms are sanitized and stocked with necessary supplies. Change bed linens and towels regularly, ensuring fresh and clean accommodations for guests. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Adhere to all safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment. Assist with laundry services as needed, including washing, drying, and folding linens. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments when necessary. Skills Proven previous hotel experience in housekeeping is preferred. Familiarity with hospitality standards and practices is an asset. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and organization. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members.
