Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Spa Operations & Sanitation Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our spa facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our clients and staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cleaning and custodial services, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to upholding high standards of hygiene. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of all spa areas, including treatment rooms, waiting areas, restrooms, and common spaces. Ensure that all equipment and tools used in the cleaning process are properly maintained and stored. Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed. Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties. Assist in the setup and breakdown of spa facilities for events or special services as needed. Collaborate with spa staff to ensure a seamless operation and address any sanitation concerns promptly. Maintain records of cleaning schedules and tasks completed to ensure compliance with sanitation standards. Requirements Previous experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial, or custodial roles is preferred. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow specific cleaning protocols. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals used in a spa environment. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication skills to interact with staff and clients professionally.
