Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold cleanliness standards Handle all laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and guest clothing Operate laundry equipment safely and maintain proper inventory of cleaning supplies and linens Assist with dry cleaning services when required, ensuring delicate garments are handled with care and professionalism Maintain public areas by cleaning lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and other shared spaces to ensure they are tidy and welcoming Follow established safety protocols during cleaning procedures to prevent accidents or damage Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution Qualifications Prior experience in housekeeping or laundry services is preferred; hotel experience is a plus but not required Knowledge of laundry processes, including washing, drying, dry cleaning techniques, and proper handling of linens and garments Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive tasks comfortably Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and respond effectively to guest needs Embark on a rewarding journey with us where your dedication transforms spaces into inviting retreats.
