Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide exceptional customer service. Use janitorial and custodial experience to operate cleaning equipment safely while adhering to health and safety regulations. Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled periods while maintaining high-quality standards. Assist with outdoor work when necessary, including patio or porch cleaning to ensure the entire property is well-maintained. Support housekeeping management by reporting maintenance issues or supply shortages promptly. Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning with strong knowledge of cleaning surfaces and floor care techniques. Expertise in using various cleaning detergents, equipment, and tools safely and efficiently. Skilled in dusting, surface sanitation, carpet cleaning, and floor maintenance across different flooring types. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely during tasks such as moving furniture or supplies. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about their needs. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout the workday. Knowledge of outdoor work procedures for maintaining exterior areas of residential properties.
