Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Experience in custodial services, floor care, or hospitality is highly valued. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness throughout the facility. Conduct thorough floor care including stripping, waxing, and polishing as needed. Execute industrial cleaning tasks in compliance with safety standards and regulations. Manage housekeeping supplies and inventory to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Assist in housekeeping management duties as required, ensuring all cleaning schedules are adhered to. Provide exceptional service with a focus on hospitality, creating a pleasant atmosphere for guests and staff alike. Uphold high standards of cleanliness in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Requirements Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping roles preferred. Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment is an advantage. Familiarity with industrial cleaning practices is desirable. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Strong communication skills with a customer service-oriented mindset.
