What you'll do Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Conduct floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to maintain a spotless environment. Manage laundry services by washing, drying, folding, and delivering linens and towels. Restock supplies in guest rooms and public areas to ensure availability for guests. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to the management team. Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to maintain efficient operations and uphold hospitality standards. Uphold janitorial best practices while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Basic qualifications Proven experience in cleaning or custodial roles is essential. Strong attention to detail with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Preferred qualifications Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable. Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and techniques. Experience in housekeeping management is a plus.
