Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and help create a welcoming, clean, and comfortable environment for our residents or guests. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation across residential or hospitality spaces. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will ensure that every area is spotless, well-organized, and inviting. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and common areas. Ensure all surfaces are sanitized, dusted, vacuumed, mopped, and polished to meet cleanliness standards. Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items. Maintain floor care by sweeping, mopping, buffing, and carpet cleaning as needed to uphold safety and appearance. Restock supplies like toiletries, cleaning products, linens, and towels to ensure readiness for residents or guests. Follow proper sanitation procedures in line with health regulations to promote a safe environment. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to requests or concerns from residents or guests with professionalism and friendliness. Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, custodial work or janitorial services. Knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation practices and use of cleaning equipment. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy items, standing for extended periods and bending frequently. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and proactive attitude. Experience with laundry operations and managing housekeeping supplies is preferred. Previous experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeping management is a plus but not required.
