Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness within our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities according to established standards. Carry out floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards. Follow proper procedures for handling chemicals and cleaning equipment. Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all areas of responsibility. Assist with laundry services as needed, ensuring linens are clean and well-presented. Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction. Requirements Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles is preferred; hotel experience is a plus. Familiarity with industrial cleaning methods and custodial practices is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing exceptional hospitality service.
