The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within our facility, ensuring that all laundry services meet our high-quality expectations. This position is essential for providing a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests. Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks in guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Launder linens, towels, and other items using appropriate washing and drying techniques. Handle dry cleaning services as needed, ensuring garments are treated with care. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and laundry products, notifying management of any shortages. Follow established safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Assist in organizing and storing clean linens and laundry items efficiently. Qualifications Previous experience in housekeeping or laundry services, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting, is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean thoroughly and efficiently. Knowledge of proper laundering techniques for various fabrics, including dry cleaning methods. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Must be physically capable of performing the duties required, including lifting and moving laundry items.
