What you'll do: Perform standard, deep, and move-in/move-out cleans for residential and commercial clients around Waco and the surrounding area Show up on time, every time — reliability is non-negotiable Bring your own eye for detail; we're not looking for someone who just checks boxes Represent Tidy Home Co. with professionalism and genuine care for the client's space What we're looking for: Someone who takes ownership of their work — this is a 1099 independent contractor role, so you're running your section of the business, not clocking in and zoning out Reliable transportation Full-time or part-time availability, Monday-Saturday Cleaning experience preferred but not required — attitude and work ethic matter more Someone who wants to grow with a company that's actually going somewhere
