Housekeeper/Laundry Attendant Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented housekeeper/laundry attendant to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and common areas while ensuring that all laundry services meet the highest standards. Your efforts will contribute to a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests.

Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to established standards. Launder linens, towels, and other items using appropriate washing and drying techniques. Perform dry cleaning services as needed, ensuring garments are treated with care. Inspect rooms after cleaning to ensure quality and report any maintenance issues. Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products in guest rooms and common areas. Maintain a clean and organized laundry area, including sorting, folding, and storing clean items. Adhere to safety protocols and health regulations while performing cleaning tasks.

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean efficiently and thoroughly. Experience in hotel housekeeping or a similar environment is preferred but not required. Knowledge of laundering processes, including dry cleaning techniques, is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated time frames. Good communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
