The ideal candidate will help maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and comfort of our hotel by ensuring guest linens, towels, and public areas meet brand standards while providing excellent guest service. Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesLaundry Attendant Duties Collect, sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute hotel linens and towels. Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain laundry room cleanliness and organization. Monitor linen inventory and report shortages or damaged items. Follow proper chemical handling and safety procedures. Assist housekeeping staff with linen requests and supply distribution. Housekeeping Duties Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel and brand standards. Strip and make beds, empty trash, dust furniture, vacuum floors, and clean mirrors. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, replenish towels, toiletries, and guest amenities. Inspect rooms to ensure quality and cleanliness standards are met. Report maintenance issues and safety concerns to management. Maintain housekeeping carts and supplies in an organized manner. Assist with cleaning public areas as needed. Guest Service Greet guests, visitors, and team members in a friendly and professional manner. Respond promptly to guest requests for towels, amenities, and other housekeeping needs. Maintain a professional appearance and follow hotel uniform standards. Work closely with the Front Desk and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Safety & Security Follow all hotel safety and security policies. Properly handle lost and found items. Report suspicious activity or safety concerns immediately. Qualifications Previous housekeeping or laundry experience preferred but not required. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Must be reliable, team-oriented, and committed to providing excellent service. Education & Experience High School Diploma or GED preferred. Previous cleaning or laundry experience preferred.
