We're looking for reliable, energetic team members who take pride in creating a great stay for every guest. Position Overview This dual-role position supports two essential hotel operations:
Room Attendant:
Ensuring guest rooms and public spaces meet IHG cleanliness standards.
Laundry Attendant:
Processing hotel linens and guest laundry efficiently while maintaining quality and cleanliness standards. Key ResponsibilitiesRoom Attendant Duties Clean and reset guest rooms to IHG brand standards Make beds, change linens, and restock amenities Clean bathrooms, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces Report maintenance or safety concerns to management Maintain housekeeping carts, closets, and storage areas Ensure public areas remain clean and presentable Eligible for time-saving bonuses when daily room time goals are met Laundry Attendant Duties Sort, wash, dry, fold, and organize hotel linens and towels Operate commercial laundry equipment safely and efficiently Monitor linen inventory and report shortages or damaged items Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area Follow proper handling procedures for stained or soiled linens Assist housekeeping team with linen distribution as needed Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines Qualifications Previous hotel, housekeeping, or laundry experience is helpful but not required Strong attention to detail and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Friendly, positive attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods Ability to push, pull, and transport linen carts Weekend availability is required
