Duties Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas of rental properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and outdoor areas. Perform residential cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and organizing spaces to ensure a spotless environment. Handle laundry duties efficiently by washing, folding, and organizing linens, towels, and guest clothing items. Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting surfaces, appliances, and high-touch areas to prevent the spread of germs. Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, cleaning products, and kitchen essentials to ensure properties are guest-ready at all times. Conduct detailed inspections before check-in and after check-out to identify maintenance needs or damages requiring attention. Manage carpet cleaning and floor care tasks using appropriate equipment to keep surfaces fresh and durable. Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with guests or property managers regarding cleaning schedules or special requests. Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping management. Strong knowledge of sanitation protocols and proper cleaning techniques to ensure guest safety and comfort. Ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality. Experience with laundry operations including washing, drying, folding, and stain removal. Familiarity with floor care methods such as vacuuming carpets and polishing hard floors. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude towards guests or property owners.
