You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, ensuring every detail contributes to an exceptional guest experience. Duties include Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold cleanliness standards. Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining spaces with attention to detail and efficiency. Care for floors through sweeping, mopping, polishing, and specialized floor care techniques to keep surfaces spotless and safe. Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and amenities to ensure guest comfort at all times. Follow established safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures when handling chemicals and equipment. Collaborate with team members to complete daily cleaning schedules and address special requests promptly. Conduct routine inspections to ensure all areas meet quality standards for hygiene and presentation. Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial work; hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, sanitation practices, and industrial cleaning methods. Familiarity with custodial equipment and supplies used in commercial or hospitality settings. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards. Prior experience in housekeeper management or supervising cleaning staff is a plus.
