Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our housekeeping team in delivering exceptional cleanliness and hospitality standards. In this role, you will complete daily tasks, ensure the highest quality of room and facility maintenance, and foster a welcoming environment for our Residents and staff alike. Responsibilities Lead and manage the housekeeping team to ensure all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Develop and implement cleaning schedules, protocols, and quality assurance procedures to optimize operational efficiency. Oversee cleaning activities, including floor care, surface sanitation, laundry services, and specialized industrial cleaning tasks. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, back-of-house areas, and equipment to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards. Train staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, use of janitorial equipment, and hospitality best practices. Coordinate with other departments to meet Residents needs promptly while maintaining operational excellence. Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring cost-effective procurement and usage. Qualifications Proven experience in housekeeping or custodial roles within hospitality or industrial settings. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, surface sanitation, and specialized industrial cleaning methods. Familiarity with janitorial equipment operation and maintenance. Experience in hotel or hospitality environments preferred; understanding of industry standards highly valued. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills
