Clearfield, UT Job Details Part-time $305 a month 3 hours ago Qualifications House cleaning assistance Apartment housekeeping English High school diploma or GED Driver's License Residential housekeeping Driving Full Job Description Looking for a reliable housecleaner to clean our private West Point home and home office on Monday afternoons twice a month. Job would be from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and pays $90 per cleaning. We provide all cleaners for the home cleaning and you simply bring your own equipment (vacuum/brooms/mops/dusters, etc. ) and your own cleaning rags. Job is in a home so it is nonsmoking/nonvaping and you must have reliable transportation (your own private vehicle) and a current drivers license. The job also includes four cleanings a year on the 5th Mondays (10 a.m. to 5 p..m.) These cleanings take about seven hours and pay $125 per cleaning. For two cleanings per month job pays $180 and months with the 5th Monday there would be 3 cleanings per month or $305. Job pays $2660 annually plus additional if there are any rental cleanings. We also have four rentals and give the cleaning of the four rentals when they vacate to our personal housecleaner. We do have one rental vacating the end of August that will need a basic cleaning. The rentals are located in Roy, Clinton, and Riverdale, Rentals pay flat rate for each rental cleaning depending on size of rental and beginning condition.
