Air BnB Housekeeper

Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of all property areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and outdoor patios. Ensure all linens, towels, and amenities are replenished and arranged neatly for guest arrivals. Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning to maintain pristine surfaces. Manage janitorial tasks including trash removal, surface disinfection, and restocking supplies to uphold health standards. Maintain detailed records of cleaning schedules, supplies inventory, and maintenance issues for seamless property management. Collaborate with property owners or managers to address special requests or urgent maintenance needs promptly. Uphold high standards of hospitality by creating a welcoming atmosphere through attention to detail and proactive service. Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments; hotel experience is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and industrial cleaning methods. Familiarity with custodial practices and industrial cleaning equipment to ensure efficient service delivery. Prior experience in housekeeper management or supervising cleaning staff is a plus. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to follow detailed cleaning protocols consistently. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and moving heavy items as needed.
