Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and well-maintained Handle floor care tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, waxing, and carpet cleaning to keep floors pristine and safe Manage laundry duties, including washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care and efficiency Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas according to health guidelines Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients, addressing their specific cleaning needs, and ensuring their satisfaction Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols and environmental best practices Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as organizing spaces or restocking supplies when needed Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, sanitation standards, and laundry procedures Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting moderate loads, and reaching high surfaces Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor Familiarity with janitorial equipment and cleaning products; certification in carpet cleaning or housekeeper management is advantageous Reliable transportation to reach various client locations on schedule Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain high-quality work standards consistently Join us to make homes brighter and cleaner!
