Position Details Part-time to start (10-15 hours per week) Opportunity for additional hours as our schedule continues to grow Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays Servicing Salt Lake County and surrounding areas Starting at $20.00 per hour What You'll Do Perform high-quality maintenance, deep, and move-in/move-out residential cleanings Deliver consistently detailed work that exceeds client expectations Follow established cleaning systems and company standards Communicate professionally with clients and teammates Take ownership of your work and continually strive for excellence What We're Looking For These qualifications are required: Minimum of 2 years of professional residential cleaning experience Experience with maintenance, deep, and move-in/move-out cleanings Exceptional attention to detail Strong time management and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional communication skills Reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Willingness to accept feedback and continuously improve Our Standards At Cascade Cleaning, we believe the difference is in the details.
