Zion Village Resort Clubhouse Attendant

Join the Team at One of Southern Utah's Premier Vacation Destinations Nestled in the heart of red rock country, Zion Village Resort is where luxury meets adventure and we're looking for a dedicated Clubhouse Staff member to help keep our resort sparkling for every guest. This isn't your average job. You'll be the heartbeat of the resort, helping to create a clean, safe, and welcoming atmosphere for families, travelers, and nature lovers from around the world. If you take pride in your work, love a beautiful sunset view and want to be part of a team that values excellence and hospitality, this is the role for What You'll Do As our Clubhouse Staff member, you'll be the evening steward of our resort's central gathering space.

Responsibilities include:

Keeping it Pristine Clean glass doors to a polished, streak-free shine Mop floors to maintain a spotless and safe environment Check restrooms hourly to ensure cleanliness and function Take out trash regularly and keep all areas clutter-free Clear outdoor areas of any litter or debris—especially glass—for safety and aesthetics Creating the Vibe Light the fire pit to set a warm, inviting atmosphere for our guests Straighten and reset outdoor furniture to keep things looking picture-perfect Walk the clubhouse deck every 30 minutes to check for cleanliness and engage with guests as needed Closing Down the Night Turn off gas to all fire pits at closing Ensure the clubhouse and pool area are empty and secure before leaving Leave the space guest-ready for the next day's adventure

What We're Looking For:

18 years of age or older A keen eye for detail and a deep sense of pride in cleanliness Previous cleaning or hospitality experience preferred (but not required) Ability to lift, move, and clean in a physically active role Self-starter who can manage tasks independently and stay on schedule Warm, dependable, and ready to be a welcoming presence Perks & Benefits $17 per hour starting wage, with opportunities for raises based on performance Flexible part-time hours in a breathtaking resort environment Work alongside a supportive, high-energy team Chance to grow with us—standout staff may be considered for expanded roles and opportunities A Workplace as Beautiful as the Views.
