Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and pleasant experience. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met. Conduct floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Manage laundry services including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens. Restock supplies such as toiletries and linens in guest rooms and common areas. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks. Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, including deep cleaning and seasonal tasks. Experience Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred; hotel or hospitality experience is a plus. Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and janitorial practices is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A positive attitude and strong communication skills are essential for interacting with guests and staff.
