The Role:

The Housekeeper delivers impeccable cleanliness and order in client rooms and public areas, elevating comfort and presentation with every detail. As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining pristine cleanliness standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

Operational Support:

Cleans client rooms to brand standards. Executes tasks delegated by the Head of Housekeeping efficiently and accurately. Proactively reports any maintenance or inventory issues to the management team. Restocks amenities and executes special client touches as needed.

Cleanliness & Hygiene:

Maintains pristine cleanliness standards in line with luxury expectations. Implements and enforces the housekeeping cleaning program, ensuring all areas are cleaned and sanitized according to the schedule. Ensures that all cleaning equipment and supplies are well-maintained and readily available.

Team Collaboration:

Contributes to timely and consistent room turnover. Communicates with the housekeeping team and other departments regarding room status and any client requests. Works collaboratively with all staff to ensure a seamless client experience.
