Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and ensure that our residential spaces are spotless, comfortable, and welcoming. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation, creating a pleasant environment for residents, guests, or clients. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help uphold the reputation of our property and enhance the experience of everyone who walks through the door. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment. Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items with care. Maintain cleanliness of floors through specialized floor care techniques like buffing, waxing, and carpet cleaning to preserve their appearance and longevity. Manage sanitation protocols by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly to prevent the spread of germs. Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning, custodial work, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning environments. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and floor care methods. Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as vacuums, safely and efficiently. Maintain a professional appearance and friendly attitude. Prior janitorial or custodial experience is preferred; hotel experience is a plus. Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting heavy objects, and climbing ladders as needed.
