Laundry Attendant/Housekeeper

Job Summary:

Tru by Hilton Radford is seeking a dependable and hardworking Laundry Attendant to join our team. This position is responsible for ensuring all hotel linens are washed, dried, folded, organized, and delivered to the appropriate storage areas to maintain hotel standards and guest satisfaction.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Sort, wash, dry, fold, and organize all hotel linens, including sheets, towels, washcloths, pillowcases, and blankets. Maintain adequate linen inventory for guest rooms and hotel operations. Inspect linens for stains, damage, or excessive wear and remove damaged items from circulation. Operate commercial washers, dryers, and laundry equipment safely and efficiently. Keep laundry room clean, organized, and stocked with supplies. Assist housekeeping with linen distribution as needed. Follow all hotel safety procedures and Hilton brand standards. Report equipment issues or maintenance concerns to management immediately. Assist with additional housekeeping duties when needed.

Qualifications:

Previous laundry, housekeeping, or hotel experience preferred but not required. Ability to work independently and stay productive throughout the shift. Must be able to stand, bend, lift, push, and pull throughout the workday. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required.

Schedule:

Part-Time or Full-Time Available Weekends and holidays may be required based on business needs.

Pay:

From $15.00 per hour
