Job Description
Best Western Fredericksburg is seeking dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendants to join our team. If you take pride in cleanliness and enjoy creating a comfortable environment for guests, we'd love to hear from you. This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) , and weekend availability is mandatory . Responsibilities Clean and prepare guest rooms according to Best Western brand standards. Make beds, replace linens and towels, and restock room amenities. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, furniture, floors, and guest areas. Report maintenance issues or damaged items to management. Ensure rooms are inspection-ready before guest arrival. Maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas in a clean and organized manner. Follow all hotel safety, cleanliness, and sanitation procedures. Work efficiently as part of the housekeeping team to meet daily room goals. Qualifications Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is preferred but not required. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and remain on your feet throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently. Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Weekend availability is required.
