The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests have a pleasant and comfortable stay. This position requires a strong commitment to housekeeping management, floor care, and industrial cleaning standards within the hospitality industry. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas in accordance with hotel standards. Ensure all rooms are stocked with necessary supplies and amenities. Conduct floor care including vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces as needed. Handle laundry services including washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping carts and equipment. Assist in deep cleaning projects as assigned by management. Provide exceptional customer service to guests by responding to requests in a timely manner. Qualifications Previous experience in housekeeping management or custodial services preferred. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning practices. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and staff. Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays as needed. A passion for hospitality and ensuring guest satisfaction is essential.
