In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a pristine environment through thorough cleaning, organization, and attentive customer service. Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface wiping to maintain cleanliness of all rooms and surfaces. Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure a hygienic living space. Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens efficiently. Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents safely to clean floors, carpets, upholstery, and other surfaces. Maintain organization of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring all tools are in good working condition. Manage outdoor work responsibilities including patio or porch cleaning as needed. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and provide excellent customer service. Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as scheduling or reporting maintenance issues when necessary. Follow safety protocols for manual handling of heavy items or furniture to prevent injury. Ensure all areas are sanitized according to health standards, especially kitchens and bathrooms. Requirements Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services. Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, and surface sanitation. Familiarity with cleaning detergents, disinfectants, and appropriate use of cleaning equipment. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple homes or areas. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when moving furniture or large items during deep cleans. Outdoor work experience is a plus for handling exterior spaces or patios. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Flexibility to adapt to different home environments and client preferences.
