Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas efficiently and thoroughly, ensuring all surfaces are spotless and well-maintained Change bed linens, towels, and amenities to meet brand standards and guest preferences Floor care including vacuuming carpets, sweeping, mopping, and maintaining cleanliness of all flooring surfaces Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and refreshments to ensure guest comfort at all times Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold safety standards Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to maintain a hygienic environment Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments is preferred; hotel experience is a plus Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, and industrial cleaning equipment Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks throughout shifts Knowledge of hospitality or custodial best practices enhances your ability to deliver exceptional service Join us in creating memorable guest experiences through your dedication to cleanliness and hospitality excellence.
