Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, including residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction, ensuring that all areas are well-kept and inviting. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, polishing, and carpet cleaning to maintain the appearance of floors. Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing as needed. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each cleaning session. Maintain janitorial supplies and equipment, ensuring they are clean and in good working order. Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe working environment. Assist with housekeeping management tasks as required to support overall operations. Skills Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles is preferred; hotel experience is a plus. Must have reliable transportation. Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and cleaning techniques to ensure high standards of hygiene. Ability to perform floor care tasks effectively, including carpet cleaning and maintenance. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Experience in commercial cleaning environments. Ability to work proficiently on your own or in a team based environment. Attention to detail with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
