Housekeeper

Job Summary MainStay/Comfort is seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team. In this role, you will help maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for all guests. Attention to detail, reliability, and a positive attitude are essential to ensuring high cleanliness standards throughout the property. Responsibilities Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, hallways, and common areas thoroughly using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors and carpets to ensure a clean and polished appearance Sanitize surfaces and high-touch areas to maintain health and safety standards Remove trash and restock housekeeping supplies as needed Report maintenance issues or damaged items to management promptly Provide friendly and professional customer service to guests and respond to requests in a timely manner Assist with additional housekeeping or property-related tasks as assigned Requirements Previous housekeeping, janitorial, custodial, or hotel cleaning experience preferred Knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation practices, carpet cleaning, and floor care Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform physical tasks for extended periods Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented Excellent customer service and communication skills Hospitality or hotel experience is a plus Join our team and help create a clean, safe, and welcoming experience for every guest at MainStay Suites.
