Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Housekeeper, where your dedication to cleanliness and attention to detail will create welcoming, pristine environments for our guests. Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, and common areas, ensuring all surfaces are spotless and hygienic Change linens, make beds, and replenish supplies such as toiletries and towels to maintain guest comfort Perform floor care duties including vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining overall cleanliness of all surfaces Handle janitorial tasks efficiently by disposing of trash, cleaning windows, dusting furniture, and ensuring public spaces are inviting Follow established safety procedures during cleaning activities and use cleaning equipment responsibly Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold quality standards Maintain organized storage of cleaning supplies and equipment for easy access and safety compliance Experience Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly preferred Familiarity with cleaning techniques specific to hospitality environments, including industrial cleaning practices Knowledge of floor care methods such as carpet shampooing and hard surface polishing Experience in janitorial or custodial work within commercial or industrial settings is advantageous Strong understanding of hospitality standards and customer service principles is a plus Prior housekeeping management experience can be beneficial but is not required Join us in creating exceptional stays for our guests!
