In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining impeccable standards of cleanliness, ensuring all areas are spotless, well-maintained, and welcoming for guests and staff alike. Your proactive approach and dedication will contribute to creating a pristine environment that reflects excellence and hospitality at every turn. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and service spaces using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment Care for floors through sweeping, mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning to maintain a polished appearance Assist with hotel or property maintenance tasks such as changing linens, restocking supplies, and minor repairs when needed Support custodial operations by managing waste disposal, replenishing amenities, and ensuring all areas meet health and safety standards Conduct industrial cleaning tasks in designated areas to uphold hygiene standards in high-traffic or specialized zones Collaborate with housekeeping management to coordinate cleaning schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks Maintain cleanliness logs and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments with a focus on housekeeping or custodial duties Knowledge of floor care techniques including sweeping, mopping, polishing, and carpet extraction methods Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred but not required; a strong desire to learn is valued Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies used in large-scale or commercial settings Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed Join us in creating an inviting atmosphere where cleanliness meets excellence!
