Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our hospitality team at the Hampton Inn by Hilton Stony Creek VA. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and pleasant experience. This position requires a strong commitment to quality service and an eye for detail, as well as the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing bathrooms. Change bed linens and towels according to hotel standards. Restock guest supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and snacks. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Ensure public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms are clean and well-maintained. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff. Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to maintain efficient operations. Experience Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with floor care techniques and industrial cleaning equipment is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for maintaining high standards of cleanliness. A background in hospitality or housekeeping management is advantageous but not mandatory. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
