Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available Weekends and Holidays Required At Hilton Garden Inn Chesapeake/Suffolk, we believe that a clean and welcoming hotel is the foundation of an exceptional guest experience. We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our Housekeeping team as Housekeepers and Public Area Attendants. Whether cleaning guest rooms or maintaining our lobby and public spaces, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy a comfortable and memorable stay. ResponsibilitiesHousekeeper Duties Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and corridors Change linens, make beds, and replenish guest room amenities Vacuum, dust, sanitize, and maintain guest rooms according to Hilton brand standards Report maintenance concerns and safety hazards promptly Ensure assigned rooms are completed efficiently and accurately Public Area Attendant Duties Clean and maintain hotel lobby, hallways, restrooms, meeting spaces, fitness center, and other public areas Remove trash and debris from guest and employee areas Monitor cleanliness throughout the property and respond to immediate cleaning needs Assist with deep cleaning projects as assigned Ensure all public spaces remain clean, organized, and guest-ready Qualifications Previous housekeeping, hotel, janitorial, or cleaning experience preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to stand, bend, lift, push, pull, and move throughout an entire shift Must be dependable and punctual Reliable transportation required Must be available to work weekends and holidays What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Flexible scheduling Supportive and team-oriented work environment Opportunities for advancement and career growth Hilton Team Member Travel Program with discounted hotel rates worldwide Employee recognition and incentive opportunities If you take pride in your work, enjoy creating positive guest experiences, and want to be part of one of the world's most recognized hospitality brands, we encourage you to apply today.
