Job Description

About the Roll We're seeking reliable team members to perform cleaning duties in commercial and residential settings. You'll work independently following our checklists, maintain high quality standards, and communicate proactively when issues come up. What You'll Do Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize spaces Manage floor care (carpet cleaning, waxing, polishing) Follow sanitation and safety protocols What We're Looking For Attention to detail and pride in quality work
  • Follow checklists and work independently Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred Show up on time, every time—no exceptions
  • Communicate if you can't make a shift (not ghosting) Physical Requirements Lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly Stand, bend, and reach for full shifts Use cleaning chemicals safely and follow OSHA guidelines Valid transportation to job sites Schedule Monday-Friday, starting after 5:00 PM Some weekend availability required Compensation $13
