We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and an eye for detail, ensuring that all areas are maintained to the highest standards. This role is essential in creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests or residents. Experience in hospitality or janitorial services is preferred, as you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in various settings. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities, ensuring all spaces are tidy and well-presented. Execute floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels. Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products as needed. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and requests with professionalism. Qualifications Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred; hotel experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment used in both residential and industrial settings. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
