Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential or hospitality spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to uphold high standards of cleanliness. Manage laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing. Maintain floor care by performing carpet cleaning, polishing hard floors, and applying appropriate treatments to preserve their appearance and longevity. Ensure sanitation protocols are followed rigorously to promote a healthy environment for residents and guests. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to requests and addressing any concerns with professionalism and friendliness. Support custodial tasks such as trash removal, restroom sanitation, and janitorial duties to keep all areas spotless and hygienic. Assist with housekeeping management tasks when needed, including inventory checks for cleaning supplies and coordinating schedules to maximize efficiency. Experience Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning is highly desirable. Knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and floor polishing. Hands-on experience with laundry operations and sanitation procedures. Background in janitorial or custodial roles within hotels or similar environments is a plus. Familiarity with housekeeping management practices can be an advantage for those seeking leadership opportunities. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with residents or guests.
