Commercial Cleaning Team Members — Veterinary Facility

All Green Solution LLC is looking for reliable cleaners for a recurring commercial cleaning account at a veterinary emergency and referral facility in Winchester, VA. This is a professional medical-adjacent cleaning environment, so we are looking for dependable people who can follow instructions, communicate clearly, complete checklists, and take pictures after each visit. Position Structure This position will begin as a 90-day trial cleaning assignment while we finalize the long-term schedule, scope of work, and worker structure. After the trial period, the role may continue as either an independent contractor assignment or transition into a part-time W-2 employee position, depending on account needs, performance, reliability, and final schedule requirements.

Schedule / Shifts

Needed We are building a cleaning rotation for a facility that requires service 7 days per week. Each shift will have 2 cleaners onsite. We are looking to build a small team of 3 total people so the schedule can rotate and coverage is always available. Most team members can expect around 4-5 shifts per week, depending on availability and final schedule.

Current shift needs:

Morning shifts Midday shifts Possible evening/night shifts later The schedule may change once we get fully settled in with the client. Applicants must be flexible if the client later requests cleaning to move to an evening or nighttime schedule. Facility Type This is a veterinary emergency and referral center. The facility includes public areas, restrooms, exam rooms, hallways, staff spaces, and approved clinical support areas. The full account includes daily facility cleaning, weekly machine floor scrubbing, monthly deep cleaning, and monthly exterior window cleaning. Scope of Work Duties may include: Cleaning lobby and waiting areas Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms Cleaning exam rooms as approved Cleaning approved clinical support areas Cleaning hallways and common areas Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming Trash removal Touchpoint cleaning Breakroom and staff area cleaning Laundry/utility area cleaning Restocking supplies when products are available onsite Reporting low supplies or facility issues Following facility-approved disinfecting procedures Completing cleaning checklist after each visit Taking before and after pictures Requirements Applicants must: Have cleaning experience Be reliable and show up on time Be able to pass a background check Be able to take and send clear pictures Be able to follow a checklist Be able to communicate professionally Be comfortable working in a veterinary/medical-adjacent facility Be able to work as part of a 2-person team Be comfortable using or learning a floor scrub machine Have reliable transportation Be respectful around staff, clients, and animals Not bring unauthorized people onsite Preferred Experience Preferred but not required: Commercial cleaning experience Medical office or veterinary cleaning experience Floor scrub machine experience Experience with disinfecting procedures Experience submitting work photos/checklists Important Notes This is not a solo cleaning position. Each shift will have 2 cleaners onsite. We are hiring 3 total people to create a reliable rotation, cover the account properly, and make sure backup coverage is available. Each visit must be completed fully, documented with pictures, and communicated properly before the job is considered complete.
