Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Housekeeper, where your attention to detail and passion for cleanliness will create welcoming, pristine environments for our guests. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort throughout guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Duties Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, lobby areas, and other public spaces with precision and efficiency Perform floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, waxing, and polishing to ensure spotless surfaces Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and amenities to meet guest needs and hotel standards Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance issues or cleanliness deficiencies and report them promptly Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures to ensure a secure environment for yourself and guests Maintain organized storage of cleaning supplies and equipment for easy access and safety compliance Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled to uphold the highest standards of hygiene Experience Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a strong work ethic Familiarity with cleaning techniques including industrial cleaning equipment and floor care methods Knowledge of hospitality industry standards related to cleanliness and guest service excellence Experience with janitorial or custodial tasks in commercial or industrial settings is advantageous Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Housekeeping management experience is a plus for those interested in supervisory opportunities Embark on a career where your efforts directly enhance guest satisfaction!
