About Killington Lodging Company Killington Lodging Company operates a growing collection of independently owned hotels in Killington, Vermont. Our goal is to provide clean, comfortable, and welcoming accommodations for guests visiting the area to ski, bike, hike, and enjoy everything Killington has to offer. Unlike housekeeping positions that require traveling between rental homes throughout the mountain, our housekeepers report to one hotel location each day. You can arrive, park, work alongside a consistent team, and complete your rooms without spending the day driving between properties. Position Overview We are seeking reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeepers to join our team. Housekeepers are responsible for preparing guest rooms and common areas to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation. This is a great position for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys staying active, and wants to be part of a supportive hospitality team. Responsibilities Clean and prepare hotel guest rooms between stays, including bedrooms, bathrooms, floors, furniture, and other surfaces Make beds and replace linens, towels, and guest amenities Clean and maintain hotel common areas as assigned Restock housekeeping carts and cleaning supplies Identify and report maintenance concerns, damage, or missing items Communicate room status and guest needs with the housekeeping and property management teams Follow established cleaning, sanitation, and safety procedures Perform final room checks to ensure each space meets company standards Maintain a professional and courteous attitude around guests and coworkers Qualifications Previous housekeeping, hotel, cleaning, or hospitality experience is preferred, but we are willing to train dependable candidates Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and good time-management skills Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high cleaning standards Willingness to work weekends and holidays during busy travel periods Ability to stand, bend, reach, lift supplies, and remain active throughout the workday Reliable transportation to the assigned hotel property Why Work With Us?
