Job Description
The Southern Vermont Arts Center is seeking a part-time housekeeping team member. Must be able to work well independently, be self motivated and self sufficient. Professional cleaning background a must. There are three separate buildings on the SVAC campus that need to be cleaned on a rotating basis. Candidate must be able to climb multiple stairs and carry supplies throughout the buildings.
General duties include:
- General cleaning (vacuuming, dusting, mopping)
- Bathroom disinfecting
- Post-event cleanup as needed
- Coordinate cleaning schedule with event and facilities staff
- Order, stock & maintain all housekeeping supplies At least 4-5 days/week with some flexibility.
Monday & Tuesday:
6 a.m.- 5 p.m. (SVAC is closed to the public) Wednesday
Sunday:
Completed before 10 a.m. Only serious inquiries please. Work experience detail and references are required. A background check will also be required.Job Type:
