Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation of all rooms and surfaces. Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care. Maintain cleanliness of kitchens by cooking simple meals when required and ensuring all kitchen appliances and surfaces are sanitized. Operate cleaning equipment and use appropriate cleaning detergents safely to ensure effective sanitation. Manage manual handling tasks including heavy lifting of furniture or supplies while adhering to safety protocols. Implement cleaning schedules efficiently through excellent time management skills to meet client expectations. Communicate effectively with clients regarding their specific needs and preferences, ensuring a high level of customer service. Requirements Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services is preferred. Knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation standards, and equipment operation. Ability to perform outdoor work when necessary, including patio or garden area maintenance. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Physical stamina for heavy lifting, manual handling, and prolonged periods of standing or walking. Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration. Familiarity with cleaning surfaces such as hardwood floors, tiles, carpets, and upholstery using appropriate techniques.
