In this role you'll service guest rooms and also handle the property's linen laundry — washing, drying, and folding so we always have fresh stock on hand. You'll work as part of a small, hands-on team where your attention to detail directly shapes the guest experience. No two days are identical, the work keeps you moving, and we provide the training you need to succeed — prior experience is a plus but not required. What You'll Do Clean and service assigned guest rooms to property standards, including checkouts and stay-overs Make beds and change all bed linens; replace towels and bath linens Clean and sanitize bathrooms — toilets, tubs/showers, sinks, mirrors, and floors Dust, wipe, and disinfect surfaces, furniture, and high-touch points Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors and carpets Empty trash and remove all soiled linen and waste from rooms Wash, dry, fold, and put away bed linens, towels, and other property laundry; operate commercial washers and dryers and keep the laundry area clean and organized Sort and treat linens, monitor laundry inventory (PAR levels), and report shortages or worn/stained items Restock guest amenities, toiletries, coffee, and supplies Keep your housekeeping cart fully stocked, organized, and clean throughout the shift Clean and maintain hallways, stairwells, the lobby, and other public areas as assigned Report maintenance issues, damage, lost-and-found items, and safety hazards promptly Follow all safety, sanitation, and chemical-handling procedures Respect guest privacy and property at all times What We're Looking For Required Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and a sense of pride in clean, well-presented rooms Able to communicate basic instructions and needs in English Able to follow cleaning procedures and safe chemical-use guidelines Available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled Reliable transportation to and from work for scheduled shifts Legally authorized to work in the United States Preferred (not required) 6+ months of prior housekeeping, cleaning, or hospitality experience Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus High school diploma or GED Physical Requirements Stand, walk, and remain active for the full shift Frequently bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, push, pull, and grasp Lift and carry up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally Push and maneuver a fully loaded housekeeping cart (up to ~175 lbs) Work with cleaning chemicals and equipment in accordance with safety guidelines What We Offer Competitive hourly pay ($18.00-$20.50/hr) On-the-job training — no experience necessary Consistent hours and a supportive team environment
