Lead House Cleaners should be confident applying training, supporting teammates, and helping guide quality on-site. A hardworking, high-energy team player who brings a positive attitude every day. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English clearly for communication and training. A strong attention to detail , with a mindset of going the extra mile for clients. Someone who is responsible, people-focused, and customer service driven , and genuinely enjoys cleaning. Reliability is key — must be ready to start at 7:20 AM sharp and consistently arrive on time. Must have a reliable vehicle with insurance , and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening . Comfortable driving between job sites and carpooling with teammates. Able to work independently when needed , while also thriving in a team environment.
